Anderson Community Development Corporation (CDC) is a non-profit organization serving areas of east Austin in the development of affordable and low-income housing, for rent and ownership, as a means of creating healthier neighborhoods. Along with its partners, including The City of Austin and Capital Area Food Bank, Anderson CDC works to provide safe and decent housing, homeowner education and programs to sustain stronger communities. Anderson CDC is committed to serving those who are in need of stable homeownership so that they can promote community development and wealth creation in the east Austin area.​
