Scott Lyles has more than 10 years of experience managing community outreach and public relations activities for governmental, community, and nonprofit organizations in North Carolina and Texas. Mr. Lyles has worked with diverse communities as well as with local civic leaders and legislators, and has been recognized for his strong leadership, facilitation and consensus-building abilities. He is an expert in project management, meeting facilitation and community outreach. He is also an accomplished grant writer, having secured funding for many of the nonprofits of which he has been employed, including a $1million grant for a federal public private partnership.
