Completed Projects
Since 1986, Anderson CDC has:
-Constructed six single-family housing units
-Aquired and rehabilitated two housing units
-Developed 25 housing units in the Anderson Hill Neighborhood

Current Project
in partnership with the City of Austin,
Anderson CDC is currently developing a 24-unit multi-family complex on 3101 E. 12th St. The project should be completed by Fall 2013.
